An OEM plastic product made for French customer

Hello, everyone. This product is from a French customer. Today, we just successfully tested the machine and got the finished product. Today I would like to share with you the technical difficulties of this product

1: How to get the finished product out of the mold quickly? When the engineer got the sample, he saw a dot on the bottom of the bottle and figured out that he needed to add an ejector. Add an ejector device at the bottom of the station, and through the cylinder assistance, quickly out of the mold (according to different product needs, add ejector device and specific position)

2: Preset total length of the product The preset sample weight of the total length of the product is 140g, with the upper end nearly reaching the solid state. According to the engineer’s experience, the mold shrinkage produced reached 8mm, which was planned to be 3mm. When the length of the finished product was shortened, the engineer immediately gave a solution to increase the length of the mold to meet the customer’s requirements. (Problems caused by product thickness)

3: The finished product surface is not smooth. The finished product surface is not smooth because of insufficient exhaust holes, the engineer added three exhaust holes on each side to make the finished product surface smooth without wrinkles.

4.How to make the installation of the two products conform to the customer.

Remember that the bottle cap at the top of the sample is only 20g, and it is made of flexible material. The intermediate customer has modified the size of the upper end, which is larger than the sample size. Because we use LDPE to debug this product, the bottle body is too hard, so it cannot be better matched in. But the bottle cap and the bottle body can be bonded together to meet the requirements of customers.
