Two type automatic plastic bottle blow molding machine
Automatic plastic blow molding machine has two types:Injection Blow Molding and Extrusion Blow Molding.
Today we main introduce the Extrusion Blow Molding machine
Extrusion blow molding can be continuous or intermittent. In Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM), plastic is melted and extruded into a hollow tube (a parison). This parison is then captured by closing it into a cooled metal mold. Air is then blown into the parison, inflating it into the shape of the hollow bottle, container, or part. In continuous extrusion blow molding, a parison will be constantly fed into the mold and each form will be cut off with a blade as it forms. After the plastic has cooled sufficiently, the mold is opened and the part is ejected. And the parison is fed into the mold only after the preceding parison is expelled.
Which bottle is right for Extrusion blow molding process ?
In general, the size and geometry of the bottle, along with the type of plastic resin being used, determine which manufacturing process is best. We use our knowledge acquired from over 50 years of bottle making to select the best molding process for every product we manufacture. YI SUNDA MECHANICAL is committed to deliver perfect bottles each and every time.
The blow molding process results in quality output. For this reason, it is one of the most used in plastic production globally. With the use of machines that have 3D molding capabilities, blow molding can help manufacturers produce many units within a short period of time.
