  1. Make sure that the machine is grounded to zero before starting to avoid unsafe accidents caused by leakage.

  3. Before heating the blow molding machine, carefully check whether the cooling water of each part is connected.
  4. The machine system pressure has been set before leaving the factory, and it cannot be adjusted at will without special circumstances to avoid damage to the hydraulic system or affect the normal operation of the machine.
  5. It is strictly forbidden for workers to feed materials on the machine to avoid electric shock or burns, and falling from high altitude. (The machine should be equipped with an automatic feeding device).
  6. Before the operation of the automatic blow molding machine, lift the machine to a suitable position to ensure that the machine head does not collide with the template and avoid damage to the equipment.
  7. When the blow molding machine is moving the mold to open and close the mold, the operator is prohibited from entering the safety door area to avoid being pinched or bruised.
  8. When adjusting the photoelectric switch for mold shifting and mold closing, the main oil pump should be turned off to avoid unsafe accidents.
  9. In an emergency, quickly press the red emergency stop button to prevent accidents.
  10. During the normal operation of the automatic blow molding machine, do not break the extruded material blank by hand, so as not to be scalded by high-temperature materials and electric cutters or caught by the mold.
